Proactive and Available – Reaching Nicole is never difficult.  She is very responsive via email, phone and text.  She is always willing to run by the house if something needs to be checked on. Connected – Nicole knows the local service providers and vendors who are skilled, reliable and just get stuff done. Can Do Attitude – She approaches everything with a positive can do attitude and is a pleasure to work with. Consistent Follow Up – Finally, her follow up is flawless.
